Terms
of Reference: Tour Committee
Main
purpose of the committee: The Tour Committee shall be responsible
to the Executive Management Committee for the administration of the
affairs of the Club within its objectives and policies.
Actual
duties involved:
- To co-ordinate the Club's
close season Tours
- To identify and recommend
suitable venues, communicate to playing members and make all the necessary
arrangements including transport, flights, rooms and entertainment,
etc
- To ensure the timely collection
of non-refundable deposits and balances from Tour Party
- To arrange the ordering
and production of any Tour merchandise
- To delegate appropriate
responsibilities to members of the Tour party (when on Tour)

- Hon. Treasurer
- Playing Members
- Members
Responsible
to:
- The Executive Management
Committee
Personnel
on the committee: Chairperson is the Tour Co-ordinator, plus
Hon. Treasurer, Club Captain and two Members.
