Terms of Reference:   Membership Committee

Main purpose of the committee: The Membership Committee shall be responsible to the Executive Management Committee for the administration of the affairs of the Club within its objectives and policies.

Actual duties involved:

• To review annually and make recommendations on the setting of all membership fees
• To ensure Club's annual membership targets are attained, and if possible, exceeded
• To raise funds for the Club
• To ensure Members receive information on the progress of the Club and kept informed of developments
• To ensure the Members have an opportunity to enjoy the full benefits of their membership of the Club

Liaison with:

• All Members
• The Finance & Funding Committee

Responsible to:

• The Executive Management Committee

Personnel on the committee: Chairperson is the Membership Secretary, plus Chairman, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer
