Terms of Reference:   Coaching Committee

Main purpose of the committee: The Coaching Committee shall be responsible to the Executive Management Committee for the administration of the affairs of the Club within its objectives and policies.

Actual duties involved:

• To ensure all coaches have a forum to discuss and communicate all matters, issues complaints etc pertaining to the deployment of coaching staff throughout the Club
• To ensure plans are in place to support the development and training of Club's coaching staff to achieve appropriate qualifications
• To approve the finance, attendance and timing of individual coaching courses  
• To address any matter or issue arising from the allocation of coaches to the Youth & Mini's sections
• To discipline any coaches for failing to comply with the Club's objectives and policies
• To ensure effective communication channels with all coaches

• Hon. Treasurer

Responsible to:

• The Executive Management Committee

Personnel on the committee:

Chairperson is the Coaching Co-ordinator, plus Head Coach, plus two members of the coaching staff
