Job Description: Youth & Mini Chairperson

Main purpose of role:

To be responsible for the co-ordination and management of all matters pertaining to the day to day running of the Youth, Junior and Minis sections of the Club

Actual duties involved:

To chair regular meetings and act as co-ordinating officer between Youth and Mini's ("Y&M") and the Executive Management Committee

• To provide direction and guidance on the development of Y&M coaches
• To make decisions affecting the efficient and effective running of the Y&M sections
• To ensure the well being of all young persons who are Members of the Club

Liaison with:

• Club Chairman
• Hon. Treasurer
• Hon. Secretary
• Welfare Officer

The post holder will be responsible to: The Executive Management Committee

Meetings to attend:

• Executive Management Committee
• Finance & Funding Committee, as appropriate

Term of role: The Y&M Chairperson will be appointed for one year at a time and may hold the post for an unlimited period, subject to support from the Y&M Membership at the AGM.
