We
seek to establish a sustainable and community focused Rugby Club where
rugby can be played and enjoyed by its Members; to ensure all players
have equal opportunities to develop their skills and talented players
are supported helping them achieve their full potential in rugby. We
aim to play rugby at the highest level and within our own resources;
therefore maintaining strong financial support and improving the quality
of the player pool will be a key focus. 1. We shall create a "One Club"
culture ensuring all Members are supporting Hadleigh RUFC from U'7's
through to the senior side and Vets. We will achieve this by:
- Implementing a new Club
governance structure led by an Executive Management Committee ("EMC")
and supported by sub committees chaired by key individuals. The EMC
shall delegate authority of day-to-day management to sub committees
empowering them to make decisions (including budgeted expenditure)
affecting their specific area of responsibility.Involving Senior players
in Youth & Mini coaching sessions. Involving Youths in senior
training sessions (non contact).

ensuring development plans and senior player mentorship of youth players.

website is maintained and contains all Club's Officers, players, news
etc,.
- Players from each age
group representing the Club at County, or above, level.
- Re-establishing relationship
with Northampton RFC.
- Promoting Hadleigh RUFC
as a "centre for Hadleigh youth" where local youngsters from 7 years
to 17 years can take part in sport, meet new friends, learn new personal
skills and enjoy the game of rugby.
4. To support
the sustainable future of the Club through sound economic management of
income and expenditure. We will achieve this by:
